Deal of the Week - Haiku Layout

Have you seen the latest deal of the week?  Packs of Designer Series Papers are reduced for this one week only .... I just had to use this opportunity to make a page with the Haiku pack.

This is our boy in 2003 - hard to believe that he is a strapping lad now - almost as tall as me and about to celebrate his 12th birthday at the end of next week - where has the time gone?

The beautiful Haiku paper is so bright - matching card stock includes Old Olive, So Saffron, Tangerine Tango and More Mustard.

I've used the On Board Timeless Type and sponged it with Tangerine Tango ink ... I then covered it with Crystal Effects - polka dotting it onto the letters for a different look.  I've also used five More Mustard brads - evenly spaced using the Mat Pack

The Haiku papers are only one of five packs that are the current Deal of the Week.
