Just recently after Convention I think my brain was overloaded with ideas -I didn't know where to start. Some call it losing your mojo - I think I just had technique and great idea overload!
So what did I do - well I CASED something that I loved - from the lovely Sharnee Torrents in Tasmania.
The orginal page was blue and had a different stamp set - but that's what's cool about a CASE (copy and share everything) - you can start with a great idea and make it your own.
Sharnee showed us how to make this cool frame for the photo - simply cut a hole in the cardstock and then tear and curl the edges to create the frame.
The Defining Alphabet is great for making titles - the letters fit perfectly in the 1" circle punch. I daubed the edges to make them pop a little.
I used a stamp pad to create the inked image on the frame, Extreme Elements with Versamark and the Just Surfing set to make an embellishment.
Once I got started I loved making the page - didn't need to think about anything and I was very pleased with the result. I went on to make four new cards and another page over the next couple of days.
So if you are feeling 'stuck' why not have a go at CASEing something you love - don't forget to credit the original desinger - it certainly worked for me!

Yes I'm a big fan of CASE-ing too Nikki! This is a fabulous layout - the colours work beautifully with your photo and I love that torn frame!
