Can you show us a favourite layout?
This is my favourite Layout and one I did as guest designer here at Stamp a Memory! My daughter is so photogenic isn’t she? (well I think so) and I love this LO because it uses embossing, brayering and stamping .. all the things I love to do .. on cards and on Layouts!
How would you describe your scrapbooking space?
Extremely messy and disorganised clutter ...and I like it that way! I LOVE to rummage in my room and find things to create with or forgotten I had.. Its then like Christmas all over again.
I like things near at hand or I forget I have them.
What's your favourite Stampin' Up! colour combination for scrapbooking?
Crumb cake, Real red and black or Tempting Turquoise and Whisper White textured cardstock. Love it!
Favourite thing to eat or drink when scrapbooking?
Red Liquorice and coffee. But the coffee often goes cold as I get into the groove of my LO and forget it’s there.
Who are your main scrapbook subjects?
Both of our two kids who are now teens and who don’t really want to be on my Layouts anymore but are ‘putting up with me’ as I’m the owner of the car keys/money and food. I think its important to write the stories of their teenage years to laugh at it later on or admire their positive outlook on life.
Occasionally I scrap about myself or the farm and my Hubby.
How would you describe your scrapbooking style?
Messy, cluttered..lol you get the picture? Id say shabby chic with a lot of white space. Lots of detail.
If I had an uninterrupted weekend of scrapbooking by myself this weekend I would .....
Sleep in (lol) and then make a mini album that I have in my head waiting to be made! I often wake in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep and dream up all these projects to do!
